Assurance Financial Group is growing our business.  Currently serving in nine states, we are interested in adding additional offices.  We are looking for Branch Partners/Owners in the following states:  Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, Virginia, Colorado, Tennessee, and Louisiana. 

Join us as a branch owner.  Similar to a franchise, our partners own a share of our company and keep the entire profit of their respective offices. 

Why leave a good position with an adequate compensation plan and open my own office? 

Our program is not for managers or originators who are comfortable with a 40%-50% commission split with little responsibility.  It is for motivated, self-driven individuals who want to be business owners, to direct the growth and success of their own offices and to increase their earning potential.  These individuals must aspire to hire and train originators to work in their offices generating fee income. There is a distinct difference between an employee and someone who wishes to be their own boss.

Why not open your own business by yourself?

Many mortgage brokers are great originators, but lack the skills needed (payroll, accounting, accounts payable, etc.) to run a business successfully.  As sole proprietor, you have the difficult responsibility of keeping up with RESPA, Compliance, Quality Control, Auditing, etc.  We have the expertise to stay on top of these important business functions.  We want the majority of our branch owner’s time spent on the revenue- generating aspects of this business (production, marketing and staff management).

We are also FHA and VA licensed.  We have a separate division in place to support our additional offices:  The Branch Operations Division (BOD) is your support arm.

What is the BOD?

Our Branch Operations Division consists of our Division President, Marketing Director, Branch Operations Manager, and Branch Coordinator.  Each individual is here to support our office owners and their staffs.  We handle all licensing, compliance and company-wide marketing efforts.  We oversee all accounting activities and assist with administrative functions and loan processing, if desired.

BOD promotes and funds a quarterly incentive trip for all branch managers that meet a minimum fee income requirement. Past trips have included The Bahamas (Atlantis) and Las Vegas.  

Each quarter we host a branch managers meeting. This gives managers the opportunity to learn from one another. During these meeting we discuss trends in the industry and review licensing and compliance updates. The open discussion format makes it easy to contribute individual input and make suggestions. 

What is the Branch Office plan?

Assurance Financial Group charges each branch office a ‘holdback percentage’ based on total fee income generated each month.  This percent is determined by the size of the office and the growth potential it has.  We offer 1 -3 year office contracts that protect each branch owner and show our long term commitment to them.

Ownership vs. W-2 employee?

As an owner, you will enjoy the benefit of running all business expenses through your branch.  You will have the ability to pay yourself based on your branch’s success.  You keep all of your branch’s net profit.

As a company, we are looking for strong geographic locations coupled with the right individuals to grow our business.  We are looking for the right ‘fit’ and individuals who mirror our business philosophy and level of commitment.  We desire long term relationships while making a strong commitment for each office’s success.
